  • Lip Blush does not add volume to the lips like filler. Instead, Permanent Lip Color enhances your natural lip shape, color and definition, which can create the appearance of more balanced and defined lips. The goal is to work with your natural lip shape—not create a new one.

  • Permanent Lip Color typically lasts 2–5 years, although results vary from person to person. Your natural lip color, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare products and individual pigment retention can all affect how the color fades over time. Periodic color refresh appointments can help maintain your desired result.

  • A topical numbing product is used to help keep you comfortable throughout the procedure. Everyone’s sensitivity is different, but most clients find the process very tolerable. You may feel light scratching, pressure or vibration during the procedure, and additional numbing can be used as needed.

  • Immediately after your appointment, your lips may appear brighter, darker and more vibrant than the final result. Mild swelling and tenderness are also normal. As your lips heal, they may feel dry or begin to lightly flake, and the color will gradually soften. It’s also common for the pigment to appear very light during the healing process before the final color settles. Complete healing takes time, so it’s important to allow the color to fully develop before judging your final result.
